Autonomous non-profit organization in the field of art development "Festival Plus" was founded in May 2017.
Our main goal is to create a series of annual cultural events dedicated to strengthening and improving communication between people of different cultures through the art of cinema. "Festival Plus" allows filmmakers from all over the world to acquaint our viewers with their work and at the same time, viewers will get acquainted with new trends in modern cinema. We do not make almost any restrictions on genres, themes and countries of production of films, except for those that contradict the law of the Russian Federation and the moral principles of mankind.
"Festival Plus" organizes and conducts a number of annual international film festivals in different regions of the Russian Federation. Since its foundation, the following film festivals have been created and are successfully held:
